If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you can Return or Exchange your order.

Upon approval, returns will be processed within 5-7 business day. The shipping will be paid by you and the product must maintain its pristine allure – unused, untempered, flaunting all its tags and original packaging.

For Exchanges, you can exchange your order with a piece equivalent in price or higher.
