EASY RETURNS 

We won’t burden you with incorrect or damaged orders. That’s why we formulated easy and free Returns & Exchanges for you. 


CRAFTSMANSHIP UNVEILED

Let’s start and allow you to understand the enchanting tale of our lovely jewellery pieces. Our jewellery is a labour of love, handcrafted by traditional artisans in India. Each piece is a unique masterpiece, intricately similar yet distinct. Before shipping, each order undergoes meticulous and multiple Quality Checks (QCs) to ensure perfection.


RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

We're on board with returns & exchanges, but there are only two conditions that make the cut:

  • You received an incorrect order
  • Your order got damaged in transit

Our only demand is AN UNBOXING VIDEO. Well, there's another must; the product must maintain its pristine allure – unused, untempered, flaunting all its tags and original packaging! For Exchanges, you can exchange your order with a piece equivalent in price or higher. 

Please remember, no unboxing video means no exchange or return! Most importantly, we don't offer Returns or Exchanges on International orders.


A CAUTIONARY TALE ABOUT SALE ITEMS

Here's a heads-up: items on sale are like Cinderella's slipper – not eligible for the exchange ball. Additionally, an order can be exchanged only once.


THE RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND JOURNEY

Kindly raise a request on our WhatsApp Support number, i.e. 9560250098, with an unboxing video and a picture of product within 2 days (i.e. 48 hours) of order delivery. It is at the discretion of our team if the order is approved for return, exchange or refund. Upon approval, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days into your source account. If the amount doesn't reflect in your account, kindly raise the issue on the Support Email ID: support@bejewelledstudio.com or Support WhatsApp number, 9560250098.


NON-REFUNDABLE CATEGORIES:

While we strive for perfection, there are certain scenarios where returns, exchanges and refunds are beyond our jewellery realm: 

  • Package Lost in Shipment: Though the chances of such scenarios are rare, we still can't be held responsible for the mystical disappearing acts that may occur in transit by the courier partner.
  • Package Refused by Recipient: If your treasure finds itself unclaimed, it won't be eligible for a refund.
  • Products in Used or Damaged Condition: We adore well-loved jewellery, but once it crosses the threshold of wear and tear, refunds (and exchanges) bid adieu.
  • Size Issues: Before diving into a purchase, do glance at our size guides to avoid any sizing surprises later.
  • Incorrect Delivery Address: Alas, if the jewellery's journey strays due to an incorrect address, refunds won't be part of the reunion.
  • Non-Faulty or Non-Damaged jewellery: If your gem sparkles flawlessly and isn't damaged, it won't qualify for a refund. 
  • Minor Variations in Colour & Design: Our jewellery is as unique as you are. Minor variations in colour and design are part of the charm and not eligible for refunds.
  • More Than 2 Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier agent's knock-knock game goes unanswered more than twice, the refund curtain falls.
  • Missing or Damaged Tags: For the barcode aficionados, missing or damaged tags lead to a no-refund finale.

CANCELLATIONS

Just like an arrow once sped from the bow cannot be retrieved, the orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
