IS YOUR JEWELLERY ANTI-TARNISH, WATERPROOF, AND HYPOALLERGENIC?

Yes. Bejewelled Studio's jewellery is crafted to be water-resistant, anti-tarnish, and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for everyday wear. Our pieces are designed to handle daily exposure while remaining gentle on sensitive skin. That said, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with harsh chemicals to keep your jewellery looking its best for longer.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship to all countries in the world. Read our Shipping Policy.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

International orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 5-12 business days, depending on the Shipping Mode opted by you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 2 days of receiving your order, with a ₹250 shipping charge applicable.

For returns, we offer a store credit that can be used on a future purchase, within the same 7–10 day window.

Due to their personalised nature, customised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

International orders cannot be exchanged or returned. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is ₹100 for prepaid orders and ₹250 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

To ensure smooth deliveries for all customers, we may review certain orders based on past delivery history. In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our delivery eligibility criteria.
